 进布组合装置 Fabric-Feeding Combined Device 进布组合装置是由进布架、扩幅对中装置、轧车、速度同步装置、圆盘整纬装置、光电整纬装置（选配）而组成。其作用是布料在低张力状态下进行扩幅对中后，经轧车对布料进行脱水、添加整理工艺，轧车与光电整纬装置之间布料张力，通过速度同步装置精确控制，光电整纬装置有效的矫正布料在前工艺所产生的变形和纬弧、纬斜，从而到达布料在进布上射前所需的各类工艺要求。 The fabric-feeding device is composed of a fabric-feeding rack,an expanding-centering device,a mingler,a speed-synchronization device,a circular weft device,a photoelectric ABB finishing apparatus(optional) etc.Its role is after the fabric has been expanded and centered under a low tension.the same will be dehydrated through the mingler,added with a finishing process.The tension between the mingler and the photoelectric ABB-finishing apparatus is put under a precise control through the speed-synchronization device.The photoelectric ABB finishing apparatus effectively corrects the fabric defor-mation and weft arc and the biasfilling generated in the precedent processes,therefore ,to get a perfect technological readiness of the fabric prior to needling-on for feeding. ◆滑条对中装置搭配可调角度扩幅装置，在布匹进入对中前进行充分无皱褶、卷边的扩幅，给用户带来最佳扩幅对中效果。 The sliding bar centering device may be provided with the angle-adjustable expanding device.Before the fabric enters in the centering phase the centering will take place for full drape-free and edge curl-free purpose,bringing users the best expanding and centering effect. |
